Mundo Global Tapas Restaurant    part of  Rydges North Sydney were the first in the world to come up with an iPad-based menu.When you go in there, you can look through the menu, and you can look at what's on offer.They give you little tasting guides.They talk about select your experience.When you think about it, how often do you go to a nice restaurant just to fill up your tummy?You go there for the experience.You look forward to it.And so when people are looking at the iPad, they can almost feel the food.They can picture the food.The pictures are nice pictures on the menu. And your mouth starts to water, even before the food arrives. And that is experiential innovation.Dr. N Shehabuddeen
