IoT Solutions World Congress

Last week, AEInnova participated in the IoT Solutions World Congress (IOTSWC) celebrated in Barcelona from May 10th, 2022 to May 12th , 2022. Holding over 330 exhibitors and 270 speakers, the IOTSWC 2022 hosted over 12.000 visitors, becoming once again the international showcase for the latest industrial solutions.

The attendance to the congress has been especially relevant for AEInnova in order to exhibit our technology, explain the key operating principles laying behind the solution, and presenting the issues it solves for our potential clients as well as outlining the benefits it conveys by tackling the technological disruption in big industries. Moreover, the event allowed us to disseminate further technical knowledge to a wider public through speeches: our Business Development Manager, Dr. Raúl Aragonés, was able to conduct a speech, making the Rubber Sector More Digital & Sustainable Using Long-range Wireless Edge Battery-less IoT, focused on the implementation of a battery-less IoT device self-powered by waste heat for measuring and predicting machinery vibrations, installed in Sacyr Valoriza, which had an overwhelming interest given that green digitalization and industrial sustainability are trending topics for businesses.

Similarly, the IOTSWC helped us identify and meet potential business partners, either as suppliers or distributors, which has been significantly useful for AEInnova as a means to contribute to the design of its commercial network to start its commercial activity shortly.

Hence, the 2022 edition of IOTSWC has been a positive one for us to underline the importance of our technology as a solution to one of the most critical challenges that big industries are facing in an increasingly digitized world.?
