iOS iBeacon Locate / Ranging app (open source)

I'm asked all the time for sample code for iBeacon interfaces for iOS. Samples from basic setup, emulators, ad platform interfaces, etc.

I have been creating a new platform for iBeacon and HTML5 Ad Units and thought I would start putting some of the test and support code on GitHub for others to use if needed.

Here is a complete example app that allows you to connect to your iBeacons and view them in your iOS app as a "Range Finder" using this "Locate" app.

I try to make the code as simple as possible, unlike other examples, I try to give real world ready to use code.
