IOS 11 for the tech-enthusiasts – The doodleblue report

Best iOS 11 Features: (BETA) Screen recording: Have you ever wanted to record an on-screen video for your YouTube channel or record your best gaming moments? If you are an iPhone user, there is a good chance that you might have got frustrated with using a 3rd party app every time you need to record an on-screen video. Fret not! The new inbuilt screen recording feature makes the task quite simple. Being a default app, it can access relatively more amount of system memory (RAM), record videos with greater resolution too! Type in Siri: Siri is one of the best AI assistants out there today with a lot of potentials to become the most powerful intelligence machine out of all its competitors. iOS 11 kicks it up a notch with Siri by introducing type-in mode. Now, you can just type in what you need and avoid having a conversation with Siri which likely ends up in a brawl.  Moreover, Siri is also equipped with Multi-lingual Translate. Now, you can ask Siri the German version of  'Would you go out with me?' and it would reply with ' wirst du mit mir ausgehen'. Thank Siri, muster up the courage to actually ask, and Score! One handed keyboard: A pretty delayed update for the keyboard, you could say, but still a pleasant surprise for iPhone users. Apple finally incorporates left and right justified keyboards for single-handed use, a much welcome feature. QR Scan from Camera: Catching us all by surprise, Apple actually introduces something 'new' and much essential. There are dozens of QR scanners available on online stores for free but are sometimes annoying to use, being 3rd party apps which access permission to the camera and photos Putting this hassle to rest, the infamous iPhone camera now allows default QR code scanning. Just hover over the code and you are good to go! ApplePay Update: ApplePay, introduced in iOS 10, has been an integral part of many user transactions. With iOS 11, you can now send and receive money in iMessage through ApplePay. How cool is that? Although many users would have external apps for cash transactions and most likely won't switch, this is a much easier and quicker option to consider, seriously guys. File Manager: iOS being less user accessible has been more of a discord among its users than being a trademark. Android's file manager, being pragmatic, can be stretched till the farthest needs. Android users have always found it difficult to adapt to the hermetic iOS platform.
