  • Speech Recognition - Third party apps now can make use of native framework (Speech.framework) for continuous speech recognition. It can be done for both real-time and recorded audio.
  • Siri can take instructions on behalf of your app. However, it is limited to the apps in specific domain for now e.g. Booking a ride, Calling, Messaging etc.
  • ‘Proactive Suggestions’ would enable the system suggest your app to users at appropriate times. 
  • Messages App can be integrated so that your app can provide content (Sticker) to the user to share with messages.
  • Customize look and feel of local/remote notifications with User Notifications UI framework.
  • Apple Pay - Now pay with Apple Pay on  websites.
  • CallKit - If you are developing VoIP app, your users can view and answer incoming calls on lock screen.
  • Editing Live Photo/Video
