About the IOED and its innovative projects

The International Organization for Educational Development “IOED” - https://www.ioed.in/ an International/Intergovernmental organization in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations since 2020 having principal HQ in New Delhi, India deals in Diplomatic relations, Educational Development (Research & Training), Cultural Relationship, Economic Cooperation and Security through various Employability Enhancement and Entrepreneurship Development Programs. Its work can be summed up in three words: think, debate, and deliver.

The intergovernmental organizations hold state authority. Their institutions are permanent. They provide a forum for discussion. The main purposes of the IGOs are to create a mechanism for the world's inhabitants to work more successfully together in the areas of peace and security, and also to deal with economic and social questions. IGOs have become essential actors in the international community.

The Special Consultative Status confers a host of privileges and facilities on NGOs and Not for Profit National, Regional and International/Intergovernmental Organizations which are similar to those conferred to a member country by the UN. It can engage with the Secretary-General of the UN, receive information about provisional agenda of the ECOSOC and place items of special interest in the agenda.
