The folks over there presented their findings, breaking it down into specific areas, and provide some vendor neutral recomendations. From the viewpoint of the publisher, we could have easily predicted that one of this years' main appeals, is to recognize that GDPR has deprived law enforcement agencies from having access to crucial data, and subsquently has placed more responsibility upon the shoulders of asset protectors.
