Sign Language Week 2024
Deaf awareness sessions
As part of Sign Language Week we held a sign language session for the team
Wear it blue day
For Sign Language Week this year we held a blue day in the office on Wednesday 20th of March. The theme for Sign Language Week this year is go blue for BSL to symbolise unity, pride, & support for BSL & ISL. Wearing blue connects to the Deaf flag used by the World Federation of the Deaf, representing strength, spirit, and unity in Deaf communities globally. As part of this day, we raised money for Willowbrook Hospice.
Thank you to everyone that has worked with us so far this year we are looking forward to seeing what the next quarter brings for the team!
