1 年Great read Ian Hepworth, its the sad truth that some customers are sold a dream and the reality is something very different. I like to pride myself as one of the very few who are honest about what the facility is going to be and cost from day one. Honesty is the best policy. Keep Sharing the Knowledge Ian.
Thanks Ian I think this is a great topic to cover! On boarding and after sales in invoice finance is something that I believe needs a constant focus. There are so many moving parts and different circumstances that inevitably lead to friction at times.
