I kindly invite you to participate in the study survey questionnaire. The survey is targeting experts and professionals in Information System/Information Technology field that have experience on offshore/outsourced software development projects.

Purpose of the research:
The research aim is to find the best way to manage the offshore/outsourced software development projects.
By Proving that dividing the offshore/outsourced software project contract into three phases (pre-contract phase - contract phase - post-contract phase) each of the three phases focuses on different periods of the project contract with contract flexibility and trustworthy relationship between the customer and vendor can enhance the project contract management, enhance the project implementation process and increase the rate of success.
Also, identifying the major early warning signs of failures (EWSFs) in the project that can mitigate the possible risks and decrease the rate of project failure as much as possible.
