Invitation to Participate in Program at COP28

COP28 UAE?is planned for November 30th to December 12th, 2023, at Expo City, Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. The United Nations Climate Change Conference is an annual gathering of government leaders from various countries convened by the United Nations to discuss global warming, a topic related to humankind's survival. Decisions will be made on significant agreements such as the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement that determine the direction of global climate policy; it is also the most important international stage on global climate change issues for announcement, display, and actions for politicians, entrepreneurs, international organizations and mainstream media, etc.

dasso Group, the leading bamboo brand?in the bamboo world, is honored to be invited to participate in COP28 – the UN Climate Conference. This invitation holds special significance for us as we celebrate our 30th anniversary. We thank COP28 and Biosphere3 for recognizing our contribution as a leading bamboo brand?of building materials utilizing bamboo resources from China, particularly when deforestation remains a significant concern in the climate change dialogue.

The exhibition will provide a platform for showcasing our sustainable solutions, and we are pleased to announce that our founder, 林海 Larry Lin, will deliver a speech on the 7th alongside partners from various industries. This event will also bring together architects and developers who have expressed keen interest in our sustainable solutions. Larry Lin, a familiar face in conferences of this nature, previously spoke at COP14 in Copenhagen.

In addition, the Blue Zone of COP28 is a UNFCCC-managed site open to accredited party and observer delegates. It hosts the formal negotiations across the two weeks of the conference, the World Climate Action Summit, the country pavilions, presidency events, and hundreds of side events, including panel discussions, round tables, and cultural events.
