Invitation to Join the Insurance Legal Compliance Offline Seminar Hosted by AnJie Broad Law Firm
Dear Guest:
I. Background
The Chinese insurance market has become the second-largest insurance market in the world. The role of insurance in serving the development of the economy, the prevention and disposal of major risks, and meeting the people's growing demand for risk protection is becoming increasingly evident.
Insurance institutions are increasingly subject to regulatory measures arising from various aspects such as governance structure, market conduct, capital utilization, solvency, connected transactions and internet products. Compliance risks should not be overlooked. At the same time, the rapid development of the insurance industry is accompanied by an increasing number of disputes on insurance claims, subrogation rights and insurance capital management. Insurance litigation and arbitration are facing new challenges.
AnJie Broad will host our first offline seminar in 2023, exploring regulatory developments and countermeasures in insurance compliance management and risk control, as well as the difficult and hot issues arising from insurance litigation and arbitration cases. We look forward to your active participation and in-depth discussions on the seminar topics with us.
The offline seminar Insurance Legal Compliance will be held by AnJie Broad Law Firm on 30 March 2023 (Thursday) in Beijing. Ten partners from our insurance legal team will be speaking and presenting at the seminar. The topics will include our interpretation of the latest insurance regulatory policies and legal issues and the analysis of recent difficult insurance dispute cases handled by our team.
There will be two discussion sessions for guests to ask questions and provide feedback on hot issues of insurance legal compliance.
The seminar is free of charge and is held purely to promote networking within the insurance industry. A sumptuous buffet and fine refreshments will be arranged. Guests from insurance companies, insurance capital management companies, insurance agencies, insurance brokers, insurance adjusting companies, insurance technology companies, research institutions, arbitration institutions, regulatory bodies, industry associations and societies are welcome to attend. Advance registration is required.
