An Invitation to Growth

Today, I'm launching my first monthly LinkedIn newsletter: Bend Your Reality.

Each issue will be a deep dive into a specific topic that will help you grow, both personally as well as professionally. This newsletter will be longer and more comprehensive than my others, so that you can gain a more complete understanding of each topic I address.

For example, here are the topics I'm currently planning to cover over the next six months:

• February: How to Create Your Own Reality, by harnessing the power of focused intention.
• March: How to Relax Your Body, so that you can gain greater control over the ways that you think, feel and behave.
• April: How to Quiet Your Mind and learn to deal with mental chatter in a profound and highly beneficial manner.
• May: A Deeper Dive into Focused Intention, with special attention given to the challenges of ensuring that your actions are coherent with your intentions.
• June: How to Practice Gratitude, an endeavor that sounds simple but has incredible benefits to you when you stick with it.
• July: How to Find and Release Your Fears, one of the best possible ways to unleash your full potential. Your dreams and fears are neighbors; when you back away from your fears, you also back away from your dreams.

In addition, each issue will offer you the opportunity to take an even deeper dive into the topic, because in parallel I am developing a two-hour online course for each subject. Although you will have no obligation to take any course, you will be among the first to have that option.

For me, 2024 is about going deeper: replacing talk about growth with actual growth. I am inviting you to join me as a partner on this journey, learning as I learn, and growing as I grow.
