This month, we had an absolute blast with another episode of our "Leaders are Readers – Wired For Success Book Club" on the podcast. It's this special segment where I feature the best non-fiction books from the science, self-development, and entrepreneurship genres. You know, those books that truly help you get wired for success!

As a self-confessed book nerd, this segment is seriously close to my heart. I get to explore new books and have fascinating discussions with the brilliant authors behind them.

In our recent episode, I had the pleasure of hosting consumer neuroscientist Kai-Markus Müller, who shared his incredible insights from his latest book, "The Invisible Game - The Secrets and the Science of Winning Minds and Winning Deals ."

In this book, Kai reveals how to leverage behavioral economics and neuroscience to outperform your competition in the professional sales process.

With his wealth of knowledge as a Professor of Consumer Behaviour at the Business School of Furtwangen, Germany, and the Director of Pricing Research at Neurensics, Amsterdam, Kai brings a whole new perspective on the neuroscience of pricing, sales psychology, behavioral economics, and predicting consumer behavior.

2.??5 Ways to Get Unstuck

Now, let's talk about something we can all relate to as entrepreneurs — the feeling of being stuck. As entrepreneurs, at some point, we all have experienced that feeling of being stuck and not making any progress despite our best effort, right?

Even though it’s a normal phase in the entrepreneurship rollercoaster, let’s just be real: It sucks.

I've noticed a lot of people pushing toxic positivity, pretending like everything is sunshine and rainbows - yet that's not helpful, and it doesn't reflect reality. You can pretend all you want, but putting lipstick on a pig doesn't turn it into your favorite Hollywood actress, right?

If we want to stay healthy in the long run, we can't simply brush off and suppress all uncomfortable feelings. It's essential to acknowledge them and work through them in a healthy way.


That's why I want to share five powerful ways to get unstuck that I've personally found helpful in that situation:


1.??Challenge your current beliefs and assumptions - break free from limiting mindsets.

2.??Imagine how things would look if they were easy or fun - bring back the excitement.

3.??Visualize achieving your goal and then reverse engineer the steps to get there.

4.??Grab a journal and explore your situation from different angles - gain new insights.

5.??Don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help - sometimes a fresh perspective is all we need.

It's perfectly normal to experience these roadblocks. The key is to confront them in a proactive and healthy manner. By implementing these 5 strategies, you'll find yourself gaining momentum and reclaiming your motivation in no time at all.

3.???Podcast Monetization Strategies

Alright, let's talk business! As you might know, I've been consistently podcasting for nearly three years now and I’m absolutely loving it!

It does require investing quite a lot of my time, energy, and money and so naturally, monetization is something that I’m interested in.

I have a couple of strategies that work well, but I’ve deliberately steered clear of ads so far. The listener's experience is of utmost importance to me, and ads often disrupt that experience. After all, there's a reason people pay to avoid ads, am I right?

But hey, that doesn't mean I’m not exploring other exciting ways to monetize while keeping my commitment to delivering top-notch content intact. One strategy I’m testing is a subscription model that offers exclusive subscriber-only content.

I like the idea of a subscription model because, unlike the ad model,


  • It keeps the focus on the content you love, without annoying distractions,
  • it motivates me to consistently deliver high-quality content that adds value to your life,
  • and it feels like building a community rather than a marketplace.
