The Invisible Force

My dad is one one the smartest people I know, in fact it’s fair to say he’s a bit of a geek, in a cool geek kind of way.

He’s current interest is electronics, he's getting really stuck into making gadgets for The Internet of Things and I'm sure he will be able to work out how to make a self charging renewable energy battery - something which he thinks he can.

I hope he does as that truly will be an incredible achievement.

This weekend he was showing me some of the basic things he made, this one being a Tesla coil.

He told me to put a lightbulb in my hand move it near but not touch the Tesla coil and it would light up.

No wires, no physical connection.

Seems impossible based on what most of us know as being possible doesn’t it?!

But as you’ll see from the video below as I move the lightbulb closer, the invisible strong electric field turns on the fluorescent light bulb!

In life there’s a few invisible forces that are driving you at any point too...

Your purpose, values, beliefs and human needs.

The closer you are to staying aligned with those the more you will light up.

If you're not lighting up everyday it's highly likely that you have drifted away from your purpose, values, beliefs and human needs.

I haven't got time in this email to go through what they all are but if you're feeling dull today ask yourself a few basic questions:

• What am I focusing on?
• What am I making that mean?
• What am I doing about it?
