Investor's Digest : Why everyone should be an investor

Thanks for tuning into this week's investor's digest!

I sincerely believe that business/real estate/investing is much better when done from an atmosphere of collaboration rather than competition.

The purpose of this newsletter is to share insights, knowledge, tips, tricks, ideas and information about investing with the hopes to foster an atmosphere of collaboration. I want to hear from you and get your feedback on different views, ideas and insights that will help us to be better investors, and do more deals together.

I sincerely believe that everyone should be an investor, at least so some extent. One of the biggest problems I see in today's world is people who are reckless and careless with their money. I've seen people work for an entire year to make $60,000 and then spend $50,000 on a new car. You know the cars for $10,000 work just as good right?

Anyhow, think about this: How would our world be different if everyone saved money, and invested into cash flowing assets? I imagine people being a little less stressed and having more time for the things that matter - family, friends, personal time, innovative ventures etc.

For me, that's why I invest: Time & Opportunity.

More time and more opportunities means I'll have the ability to live a more abundant life and spend time on projects that are meaningful and impactful in the world.

In my opinion, there are really two types of workers in the world. Those who work for money, and those who work to build or buy assets that make them money.

Sorry my drawing is horrible. The investor/entrepreneur is the one with the cool hat.

The cool part about being an investor or entrepreneur, is that when you remove yourself from the equation (third line), your assets will continue to work for you and provide income.

(On a side note, I view investors and entrepreneurs as very similar people. Entrepreneurs build assets that make money, and investors buy assets that make money)

And so, be sure to tune in weekly to get insights on how to be more like the second person (investor/entrepreneur) and build wealth and generate passive income.

I love collaborating with others about business/investing. If you want to learn more about some of the projects we have going on at Elevate Equity Group, please set up a time to meet here.

Thanks,

Ben Bolingbroke
