Tiler now on site and doing a sterling job.
Kitchen tiled and first en-suite almost complete with three more en-suites to do and the downstairs WC (grouts all at the end).
Looks like he will be finished tiling this week - brilliant workmanship.
Exterior wall now down and new fencing up with gated access - looking good all round for total completion this month.
