Mon 2/6/2024 1:47 PM Edit Correction To One Of The Numbers.

Dear Investor, for your consideration. In 2023 our investor sadly passed away due to COVID-19. I am looking again for an investor for our project to join forces to make this a reality. [email protected] 561-629-6005

The upside of this project is endless.

Our business model focuses on the after-school markets parents look to further their children's education. We provide schools the ability to run tournaments, contests, charity events, fundraisers and teach online classes. All schools keep 100% of the entry fees they charge their students. We make money in two primary ways, however, this will not be all the ways we make money. Just three percent of school owners in the USA in each business model for example Karate, Dance, Choreography, Music, etc. Are expected to buy a membership in our platform for $95 annually. They do this to provide extra fun activities for their students and add security for their business by having a business online that can do all the same things their brick-and-mortar businesses can do.

Students, present and future will purchase an annual membership for $45 giving them the ability to take part in their school activities. This will provide a never-ending upside to our platform because these schools will be acquiring new students every day. (Even though to early for financials) It has been shown mathematically that 3 percent of just two business models (martial arts and dance) would yield over 16 Million in one year. When it becomes advantageous for us to add other business models this will only increase revenue.

For Example, as of 11/14/2022, google says there are approx. (50,490 Karate Schools in the USA.) Take 3% of this number; you will get 1514.70 schools. Do the same for ( dance schools 68,393 ) giving you 2051.79 schools. Now add 1514.70 + 2051.79, giving you a total of 3566.49. Multiply 3566.49 times $45 = 160,492.05, then multiply this figure by 100 students each school owner would need to have in his brick-and-mortar business to stay in business. This model outputs ($16,049,205.00) for 3% in two business models. How many other models can you think of?
