What are you investing in this year?? Are you making decisions not to invest in something?? How do you decide between the two?

Have you looked at your investment from both a financial and time allocation viewpoint?

How to decide??? Answer these questions:

How does your investment move you closer to your 3 Year Direction?? A component of your Vision.
How does your investment support prioritizing what matters most for success?? A component of your Action
How does your investment develop and expand the capabilities of your people for what’s next?? A component of your People.
How does your investment in process improvement and technology create efficiency and momentum for what’s ahead?? A component of your System.

I believe the best investments need to advance one of these four areas of your business: Your long-term Vision, your Action plan and this year’s milestones, your People and talent strategy and your internal operating System.
