Investment in learning and talent development pays off for TCS in ATD’s 16th Annual BEST Awards

TCS received high praise recently as one of 36 global organizations selected by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in their 2016 BEST Awards for enterprise-wide commitment to and excellence in learning and talent development. TCS was ranked eighth in what is recognized as the talent development industry's most rigorous and coveted award.
As part of the process of selection, nearly150 organizations in 13 countries were assessed in a rigorous blind review by members of the BEST Awards advisory committee, a group of experts in the field.
Speaking about the award, Amit Bajaj, Head of Europe at TCS said: “Excellence, learning and sharing are integral to our company’s values. To receive this award from ATD is both an honour and testimony to our commitment to developing the skills and knowledge of our human resources. An investment in learning and talent is an investment in the future.”
