Investing in Tomorrow's Talent: Adiwana Hotels & Resorts' School Partnerships

On 6 September 2023, we had the privilege of visiting Elizabeth International Hotel and Business School in Denpasar for their annual session: Ezzytalk! Mindset Breakthrough 2023. This remarkable event brought together 80 enthusiastic students pursuing Diploma 1 in various study programs including F&B service, F&B product, digital marketing, housekeeping, and front office.?

During this exciting occasion, we had the honor of sharing valuable insights with these bright young minds. Our Corporate Marketing Director Theresa Yudistira delivered an engaging session on ‘Introduction to Marketing in Hotel Business,’ while our Corporate Human Resources Assistant Manager Utari Praharsini shared valuable ‘Tips and Tricks for Applying for a Job.’?

It was truly heart-warming to see the students' enthusiasm as they actively participated and posed insightful questions related to the topics we presented. Their eagerness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry is truly commendable.

It's been an incredible journey nurturing our relationship with Elizabeth International Hotel and Business School over the past few years. Since 2019, we have worked hand in hand, and it's been a rewarding experience watching our partnership grow stronger with time.
