The lifestyle of the next generation and their consumer preferences differ significantly: in addition to value for money, criteria such as innovativeness and sustainability, a well-developed infrastructure and an original concept of the project are important. They also attach great importance to renowned brands with a long history and impeccable reputation.

Since a whole generation of the new consumers and investors are having different upbringing and values, it is unavoidable that the end product (properties) in real estate should be adjusted to their needs. Two aspects are key, 1st being the property style (sizes, design, amenities, locations, and home technology incorporated ) and the 2nd being innovative ways to finance the purchase (not counting on the traditional bank finance)
