For us, International Women’s Day is not just about celebration; it's about reaffirming our commitment to providing women with equal opportunities in the workplace and fostering a culture of empowerment and inclusion.

Diversity is at the heart of our business, and we understand that a diverse workforce leads to better outcomes. Currently, women make up 33% of our total staff, 54% of our management team and 66% of our Executive team.

One of the ways we demonstrate inclusion and gender equality is through our policy of offering equal pay for men and women across all positions. We believe that fair compensation is a fundamental right, and we are proud to uphold this principle.

In addition to equal pay, we offer an industry-leading paternity leave package, which includes personalised support to manage the transition to leave, 12 weeks of paid leave in addition to the Government-provided assistance, including the payment of superannuation, and a personalised return-to-work schedule. We believe that starting a family should not impact your career development, and we believe this policy is a positive step in supporting families within the business.

We also understand that women face significant challenges when trying to balance work and family responsibilities, which is why we offer flexible working arrangements that allow mothers to adjust their work hours or location to better suit their needs.
