Food and medical device facilities should rush to get registered or renew their registration with the FDA before it’s too late. That’s because under the Food Safety Modernization Act, all food and medical device facilities, both foreign and domestic, are required to renew their registrations with the FDA biennially and each year, respectively. Companies can ensure they’re registered during the renewal period this year by visiting FDA Solutions Group by Dec. 15.
