Holiday Support Hours

Our holiday support arrangements are as follows:

The annual change freeze will come into effect this year on December 16th and ends on the 2nd of January 2025. During this period, only critical emergency changes to resolve service-impacting incidents will be considered.

During the holiday period, reduced support will be provided through our helpdesk on the 24th, 27th, 30th, and 31st of December.

Emergency incidents outside the above days will be handled through our remote out-of-hours support team.
