Intuitive Nutrition: Listen to Your Body for Lasting Wellness

Most people don't realize that their body is constantly communicating which foods it wants—and which it doesn’t. Unfortunately, these messages often go unheard or ignored. The body’s urgent cries are masked by medications: headaches, arthritis, and muscle pains are dulled with pain pills; high blood pressure and cholesterol are controlled with medication; constipation is relieved by laxatives; and skin issues like eczema, acne, and psoriasis are temporarily eased with creams. Asthma symptoms are managed with inhalers. Yet, beneath these treatments, the body continues to scream for attention, trying to get your notice.

The body is constantly trying to wake you up with symptoms like excess weight, sinus congestion, ear infections, colic, asthma, eczema, acne, digestive troubles (constipation or diarrhea), muscle pain, arthritis, hyperactivity, anxiety, depression, menopausal symptoms, PMS, and more.

Listen to Your Body

Your body knows what it needs. Listen to its messages. Eat the foods it guides you toward, avoid the ones it warns you about, and incorporate mental, emotional, and spiritual practices into your holistic lifestyle. The results can be profound:

·??????? A 15-year-old with migraines became pain-free in just five days.

·??????? A man who had suffered from a cloudy mind for over 20 years found mental clarity after three weeks of avoiding his "trigger" foods.

·??????? A boy who was told he would never graduate from high school due to attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity not only graduated but now drives, models, and works as a nutritional counselor for bodybuilders.
