INTUITION – What is it? How Do I Find It? Can You Trust It? How Do You Access It? Why Should I Be Interested In It?
Albert Einstein: The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift!
I often get asked these questions:
- What is Intuition?
- How Do You Find It?
- Can You Trust It?
- How Do You Access It?
- Why Should I Be Interested In It?
So thought I would answer these questions today for to master one’s ‘intuitive knowing’ in this lifetime is a priceless value proposition. Here goes:- Pre-cursor this is only my personal/professional opinion.
Let me pose 4 questions to you first:-
- If you did not use a GPS system when driving would you find the desired destination as easily?
- If you did not communicate regularly in a relationship would it be an effective relationship?
- If you tried to vacuum when you had not plugged it in and turned it on how effective would the vacuuming experience be?
- If electricity did not source its energy from the national grid would you receive electricity at all?
What’s my point:-
- Intuition is your navigational GPS Daily
- Intuition is your lifeline to communication with source energy
- Intuition can only be accessed if you plug in and turn it on every moment of every day
- Intuition is sourced when one connects with the national grid
- Intuition is like WIFI to your faith (whatever that is for you)
Its free, it’s on tap, and your most powerful muscle when leveraged. For the more you access it the more you receive.
So let's answer to the questions:
- What is Intuition?
Direct dictionary meaning: A thing that one knows or considers likely from instinctive feeling rather than conscious reasoning
Sally’s Interpretation: Your main sensory communication vehicle to leveraging the co-creative realm – (the unknown)
As humans were all born fearless, connected and intuitive, it was our birthright, your job is to ‘return home’ and re-access what you were born with but forgot…that powerful ‘inner knowing’
- How Do You Find It?
You do not need to find it, it’s been there since the beginning, it will always be there, it lies in the unknown, so if you do live predominantly in the known realm then no wonder it remains elusive. It finds you with IMMEDIATE effect when you start trusting it!
- Can You Trust It?
Evidence based people (which are the majority, hell bent on staying the known realm – HEAD) are waiting for evidence to show up before they trust
Possibility/faith based people implicitly trust knowing the reward is EVIDENCE
So it solely depends on which camp you live in.
- Those who trust it will find the evidence which in turn will have them trust it more
- Those who do not trust it, discount it, disbelieve will be self fulfilling prophecies and find no evidence for beliefs run EVERYTHING
- Learn to always trust ‘first thought’ and you will find enough evidence to sink a ship!
- How Do You Access It?
Just like the vacuum analogy above you have to plug in to the source and start communicating. I for example am unconsciously competent in the co-creative realm, it’s too hard to live in the human plane, surrendered that existence many years ago. You are a co-creative being with limitless potential and you have the ability everyday to ‘co-create’ with source. Source for you may mean: God, Spirit, Higher Power, Universal Force, Collective Consciousness, Energy, The Zone, The Vortex, The Slipstream…
I coach 110% intuitively. I am but a vehicle for information to come through. A vessel if you like. I do not coach solely from my knowledge base. I coach to cause not symptom, to access the causal dynamics at play I listen to the language used and intuit what’s happening at a casual level and coach into that. I would never enter a coaching session unless I handed the session over to source. I am but the vehicle, my job is to get out of the way to channel the magic! Coaching without source is like vacuuming when you haven’t plugged in and turned it on!
Communicating into the ether in the early stages can feel strange, even weird, but just like when driving a car for the first time, if you persevere you will find all the evidence you need for the minute you start communicating they start communicating back, it’s a sensory communication, not necessarily spoken. There is not a millisecond of my day where I am not in two way communication with source…its seamless and taken decades of discipline to reach this level of mastery.
For surfers, skiiers, golfers who experience that oneness of being in the zone they know what I am talking about but I have proven you can ACCESS THE ZONE 24/7, not just have momentary moments of access and I am here to teach others of influence to tap in and achieve the same level of mastery!

1 年Well what can I say, yes spot on Sally, when we grew up as children my Dad used to say, has the penny dropped yet, meaning has it gone past your natural mind to your spiritual mind. To explain simply, when we study and develop knowledge we develop intellect. When we apply knowledge it takes faith to do this, this is step one into the unknown, then when we see it believe it and apply it, this then becomes experience, I call this experiential knowledge, you have changed a theory into reality, and created something tangible, this becomes the foundation of your faith. What separates leaders is the fact that they have developed faith that goes beyond intellect and centres on their intuitive knowing that they will succeed in the journey or direction they have taken, and the strategy and action they need to take to get their is in them. Our intuition not only is our GPS it is like the rudder that keeps us on the right direction when everyone tells us you are going the wrong way. So how does it come, it comes from within, the power to believe to create and to succeed when at times everything is against you.

2 年As a nurse I worked very intuitively for 20 years but really stepped into this space as you describe when I studied improv acting in 2001. Improv says first thought is correct and go with your gut. I know this is not everyones pathway but it was an extra-ordinary experience of access for me. I had struggled with being in my head and this provided huge acceleration and access!! Clarissa Pinkola Estes was also instrumental...in her book Women who run with Wolves she shares the journey of reconnecting with the bare bones of who we are and our intutive nature!

4 年I find this article fascinating, as I always believe in intuition which I turn deaf ears to before. I always know things before they happen and for that fact, I have learned to control my words because things happen exactly how I?foresee them.? I crave to learn more about the power of the mind and intuition. I even purchased some 5 sets of The Secret books by Rhonda, yesterday. So, discovering this article sounds like its whispering to me in many forms ????. Well done for writing this.
