Aside from the regular podcast updates we've decided to also update you with quick introverted-entrepreneur written content that you can take with your morning coffee, while you get in the CEO zone and own your expertise.
Today, I want to point out the secret weapon that introverted bosses have been using to excel in their tax brackets, make more impact, and create a thriving business despite the fact that they'd rather not show up for networking events, create tons of videos, and do virtual summits.
Although all those things are fine and dandy, you and I both know we create the best content when we're writing, strategizing, and creating innovative strategies for our clients.
Let's get right into it. Our secret weapon is none other than effective email marketing.
But, what separates a good email strategy from one that will help your business thrive is:
Your Ideal Client Needs You but Do They KNOW You?
New businesses and startup phase companies have the most difficulty articulating who their offers are for. Especially service-providers.
The quicker you get comfortable with the idea that your business is NOT for everyone and only for your minimum viable audience (a select group of people) the easier a time you're going to have to create an enthused community, sell out your offers, and get clients on repeat.
Let's say you're a finance company...
Instead of saying you work with people who need to budget more in their business, you should strategize your message to say something like...
"We work with freelance professionals who need to stop churning the feast-famine cycle."

"We excel 6-figure tech companies with accounting automation."
"We provide financial solutions for the modern-day tech entrepreneur who needs systems and strategy."
Depending on your business goals, who your ideal client is, and your long-term goals these sentences aren't pieces of words we string together for no reason.
Instead, these are carefully thought-out strategies using data analysis, market research, and your existing business offers to cater a message to the people you're already helping and serving.
Automating Your Emails
I'd love to go on a whole spiel about how awesome email automation is but instead I'm going to show you a few of my favorite statistics on the topic.
The honest truth is, no matter how intimidating email automation and the tech side of email may seem you're doing your business a HUGE disservice by relenting from email automation.
Now, I know you're wondering which automation should you use as a thought-leader, tech start-up, or service provider.
Here are a few of the most popular and effective ones:
