An Introspect and Embrace the long view,

Now it is a time to discover the opportunities amid ongoing pandemic. Though Leader think, it is critical to navigate through pandemic. Skilling and capability building during the ongoing pandemic is very important as perceived by 52% Leader thinker.

Indian civilization will recover and rebound from the current ongoing pandemic crisis, because India has the resilience and resolve.

?

As a consultant I think, Organizations’ purpose should remain steadfast amid the crisis and embrace the long view. Further Confidence and resilience will shape the organization for the “new normal”. Confidence outstrips preparedness and being at the ready and reduces negative impact on crisis. The ability to adapt to changes and withstand disruptions makes an organizations operation resilient.

Since lockdown begins (Mar 2020) I have started to write and post single page post in supporting the organizations and respond to the crisis. On seeing the count it surprises me recently that 300 single page post and 15 multipage articles are written and posted so far. ?Besides whatsapp to my friends circle, I have posted and shared all of them in my LinkedIn page (linkedin.com/sundarraj-s-58220953).

Further I continue (my batting) to write and post my articles therein. Many friends insist me to get it as a book soon. I will take a right step in this regard shortly. If anyone find right source to publish it, please share with me.

I here like to quote of Sigmund Freud, “One day, introspect; the years of struggle will strike you the most beautiful” and will shine right by 2025. So we will see the beautiful by next year and for which we should respond to the unexpected and recover vital business process quickly.

Now I plan to utilize virtual media and deliver my thoughts by Dec.2024.

I prefer to share thoughts related to management excellence and Leaderships coach related in Tamil language also.
