????????????I am the Director of Veterans2Employment a directive of Operation Phantom Support a Non-Profit 501c and I wanted to introduce you to our program, because we need your help. Everyday Veterans face a difficult task, living without a purpose. As a Veteran we know what it means to sacrifice our personal well-being for something greater than ourselves. Mentally transitioning from the military into the civilian workforce is difficult in so many ways. Losing that feeling of being part of something greater than yourself was the hardest part for me. Veterans2Employment strives to help Veterans gain back that feeling of serving for a greater purpose.?

The sacrifice that is required now is one of perseverance, determination, and dedication to a goal. For years our family members, wives, children, parents, and siblings worried about us and made do with what they had, which was not always what they needed. Now that we have returned with all our medals and war stories, they can finally breathe easy knowing that we will no longer be put in harm’s way for their freedom.??The question that many Veteran Families find themselves with now is what to do with us. My wife chose to motivate me by telling me to get up and do something with my life. My wife notice that I seemed to be depressed and wanted to inspire me to engage with life. My wife had the right idea, and it was one that I believe saved my life.?

I looked for employment and only found heartbreak. I did not have the credentials to continue in the occupation the military had trained me for and I did not have the physical ability to start over in that field. I decided to go back to school. I fumbled my way through my benefits, if I am being honest, I wasted a lot of my resources because I did not know how to properly leverage them. This is a common situation that many Veterans find themselves in. Therefore, OPS created the Veterans 2 Employment Initiative, to help Veterans build a career path that leverages their experiences and benefits.?

The OPS V2E program is designed to help members of the military community find their pathway to success. It is our believe that when we help the Veteran, their spouse, and/or dependents discover their pathway to success, we are helping to bring purpose back to their lives. This purpose drives them to set goals and accomplish task. By helping them set the pathway to their success, we are empowering them to rise above the adversities that come with transition. We are strengthening our communities and building additional opportunities for the next generation of the military community.?

We need your help, and we have a few different ways for you to join the fight. We designed our donation options to give you the power to choose how your support will be used. Following is a list available donation options:?
