Graham Halls - Associate Director

During Metropolitan’s 2015 expansion & subsequent growth the electrical department was split up to allow us to look after our clients in a more proactive way. Term Contracts was originally formed to look after our long-term clients with ongoing Business As Usual (BAU) contracts.?Starting with these smaller type works, company growth has allowed us to take on much larger projects over time while importantly always maintaining the same company ethos. The department has continued to grow year on year and now has 4 separate sub-divisions: Term Wharf, Term City, Term Critical & Term Framework all assisted by Mollie Heaton as our Project Administrator. The 5 strong management team have over 85 years of experience on Metropolitan between them and are well set up to look after all of our clients’ growing needs from small works to full turnkey infrastructure replacement projects.

Gary BardenContracts Manager Canary Wharf

Project Managers – Josh Ballard, Joe Mason, John Staley & Tom Chitty

Predominantly looking after our clients in Canary Wharf, our Project Managers sit either within our own office, or based on site in client offices. This allows us to grow stronger relationships with the site teams and, as well as carrying out various types of planned works, it also means we can be more reactive to any issues that may occur at short notice. We think this is critical as generally the quicker a problem can be assessed and resolved, the better the outcome. Aside from working locally, we do work further afield as well, carrying out projects for the same clients at their other sites across the South of the country and even into Wales.?
