From my twelve years within the recruitment space, I know that mental well-being and the type of work culture staff are exposed to are crucial to performance and also how likely they are to remain in a role. Employees need an open, two-way communication with their employers and they need to feel supported and protected at work, especially during times of change and crisis.
The +COHEALTH Workforce Management tool was created and designed by the experienced Executive team here at the Black Wolf Group. We were working on the engagement and well-being side initially but, with the recent impacts of Covid-19, the safety side was moved up from top priority to urgent.
With staff safety, health and engagement being integral at all stages of an employee cycle, we saw an opportunity to design an ongoing solution for a supported and engaged workforce which, ultimately, leads to a robust and successful company.
THE TOOL SUPPORTS THESE THREE AREAS:
Workforce Health
With +COHEALTH’s early detection model and inbuilt decision matrix, businesses have the opportunity to isolate “at risk” workers before coming contact with the greater workforce.
Workforce Engagement
Strengthen the links between your employees, regardless of location or position, and set them up for success with your organisation.
Workforce Well-being
Understand employee needs as they adapt to changing work environments—whether it is working from home, remotely or in the office.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
For Employers, the tool receives information via a online reporting portal that can be tailored to the type of organisation, work location, employment types and different positions. Staff can easily input information into the +CoHealth Workforce Management App (available at the Apple and Google Play Stores.
The +COHEALTH Workforce Management tool has contact tracing, proactive monitoring and reporting with immediate notification . This allows for discreet disclosure and immediate one on one action.
This will help minimise employee discomfort and creates a safe environment, higher engagement and a quick response around workforce planning.
