My name is Sladjan and I am the Founder and CEO of Talent Embassy.

This is the first edition of my newsletter The Movement for Remote Work.

This is going to be a monthly newsletter where we focus on remote work and the opportunities it brings.

I hope you want to join me on this journey.

Let me introduce myself

My name is Sladjan Bogojevi? and I am based in Sweden. In 2020, I founded Talent Embassy, which has been the best decision I have made.

Working remotely has always been the perfect fit for me, as I know it is for many others. But I understood that there was something missing in the job market - a facilitator to enable the perfect match between remote work that is rewarding for the employee and skilled expertise for the employer. So, with a huge dose of faith to boost my courage, I started Talent Embassy, my own company, to become that facilitator.

The name Talent Embassy comes from our mission to be an uplifting force in the tech industry by changing the way the world operates; one outstanding remote hire at a time.

I strongly believe that promoting remote work opportunities can have a positive impact on the world by improving the health and well-being of people, local economies, communities, and the environment. That's why I see Talent Embassy as more than just a regular consulting agency, but rather as a movement for remote work.

The team

It’s the people that make it all possible. We have been fortunate to attract great talent. One of them is Karthicka Raju, who works as a Software Developer. She has been so kind to share her thoughts on why she wanted to be a part of the Talent Embassy journey.
