An introduction to Realtime Casting with Jim Kennelly

VO Atlanta 2016 put the major players in online voice casting on one stage, to answer some probing questions. There were representatives from both of the major players – Voice123 and Voices dot com – plus what’s been unanimously hailed as a “rockstar” appearance by Armin Hierstetter of Germany’s Bodalgo.

But there was also a fourth force in the room, in the form of Jim Kennelly from Realtime Casting. This week I interviewed Jim on the line from his studio in New York City to talk about what Realtime Casting is, what it does that makes it different from the others, and who the site is for. We also touched on where Jim sees online casting going in the future, and how he plans to help make that happen.
