he substrate for Pre-painted steel sheets consist of hot dip galvanized steel, hot dip galvalume steel, electro-galvanized steel and cold rolled steel, after treated by pretreatment (including chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment )and then applying one or more organic coating layers on it ,Subsequently the products formed after baking and curing.

The finish coats can be classified into groups as follows: polyester, silicone modified polyester, High durability polyester(HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF).Besides, we can also manufacture prepainted steel with protective film,printed steel, matte surface steel etc. Prepaitned steel is widely used in constructions, home appliances and furniture etc.
