We support and assist companies to list on the exchange and once listed, to maintain that listing. We project manage and lead the listing process on behalf of the client to ensure it is as seamless and pain free as possible. We guide and advise our listed clients in terms of the listing requirements and corporate governance.

As a licensed securities dealer and member of MERJ Exchange, PKF Capital Securities offers institutions and individuals’ access to the global financial markets (through our affiliates) as well as companies listed on MERJ Exchange.

PKF Capital Securities strives to become a leading African stockbroker, focusing on access to African markets as well as major global exchanges. As a founding member of the MERJ Securities Exchange, PKF Capital Securities is heavily involved in supporting new listings and providing securities trading services to the Seychelles market.

The front-end service to clients is handled by a dedicated team of dealers and sales traders.

International Investment Services - Subsidiary of PKF

International Investment Services ("IIS") is an independent subsidiary of PKF that facilitates the setting up of International Business Companies ("IBC") in Seychelles.

There is no doubt that offshore structures hold a massive amount of wealth globally and that going global is a very real consideration for many business leaders. An offshore structure offers increased asset protection, privacy and has tax benefits if done correctly. However, having good advisors who keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulations is paramount.

IIS provides end-to-end corporate structures for investment purposes to selected clients. IIS is an International Corporate Service Provider.

Solid Oak Insurance PCC Ltd - Subsidiary of PKF

Estate planning service providers typically utilize one or a combination of several products to meet the needs of their clients. These needs broadly include wealth preservation, tax optimization and inheritance/estate planning. The products used to achieve these needs include tax exempt (“offshore”) companies, private foundations, trusts and various types of policies issued by insurance companies, sometimes collectively referred to as “Insurance Wrappers”.

An Insurance Wrapper refers to a long-term insurance policy, issued by a registered long-term insurer, “wrapped” around the policy owner’s investment portfolio that is registered in the name of the insurer and controlled and administered by the insurer. Insurance Wrappers offer asset protection as well as tax planning to the policyholders.

PKF is a registered Introducing Investment Broker of Solid Oak, a licensed long-term insurer in the Seychelles.
