In today's rapidly evolving market, we recognized the growing demand for flat sheet membrane manufacturing systems. We noticed that many researchers face challenges when it comes to accommodating new systems in their labs due to limited space. MEMS team listened and created a solution! Our goal was to develop a system that allows researchers to conduct initial research with ease, using a compact system that avoid the complexity of large set-ups, saving both time and resources.

  • Precision Casting: Equipped with a Doctor knife with thickness control by two knobs, ensuring consistent membrane thickness and quality
  • Flexible Operations: Supports a casting speed of 0 to 5.5 m/min, adjustable to various research and production needs
  • Temperature Control: Maintains optimal casting conditions with a temperature range of RT~100°C
