But around last year, I began to wonder: What are the true capabilities of generative AI in a commercial setting? That is, how can it be used in our sales and marketing activities with regards to B2B organizations? As I dug into the ongoing research on the subject, this is what I found.

As technology continuously evolves, generative AI emerges as a significant tool across various commercial sectors. From automating routine tasks to enhancing creative outputs, the potential applications of generative AI are extensive and can significantly enhance business operations. This article explores practical ways businesses can utilize this technology to improve efficiency and gain a competitive edge.
