Introduction
Hello, and welcome to this newsletter, which will be published monthly.
I am from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and am pursuing writing opportunities in several areas, as well as searching for work as a library technician.
I have authored two books about animation history: America 'Toons In: A History Of Television Animation (McFarland and Co.) and The Encyclopedia of American Animated Television Shows (Rowman and Littlefield). I have also written and published speculative fiction in lengths ranging from flash fiction to novels in a variety of markets.
My stories are available in a wide range of venues, among them Substack, Amazon, Smashwords, Books2Read, Vocal, Ream, Fictionate.me, WordPress, Etsy, Payhip and elsewhere. Links to my presence can be provided on request.
I hope to use this newsletter to discuss any new happenings in my life and career, as well as to possibly reshare some of my older work with you. At least on LinkedIn I'm not going to be pressured to monetize this thing like I am elsewhere, and a monthly schedule is less demanding than what is expected of me elsewhere, so I hope this thing will work out.
Talk to you again soon.
