Introduction

“Statistips” includes a series of expositions of rudimentary concepts around statistical, analytical, data & insights, written in the formats of articles in LinkedIn, based on my personal experience, which I find it potentially beneficial to others, if shared thoughtfully.

I think we all have experienced the “need” of becoming conversant of these notions during our professional career. Regardless of the role or the industry, the presence of statistics is impossible to be neglected, because we are applying these principles on a daily basis, in each decision we make, either in professional projects or routine activities.

Whenever I decided to practically deploy such principles in my career, in what so ever depth, after reviewing the fundamentals, such as the following;

I returned to “intuition”.

Life of today, does not permit us to freely spend time and efforts for learning and developing our skills. Meanwhile, contrary to other sciences such as mathematic, calculus or botany (for instance), statistics is simply applicable to each and every moment of our lives, because in fact, life consists of the paradigm of ?the decisions we make, and the decisions are relatable to statistics.

So “Statistips” articles offer just right levels or adequate depth of statistical principles, beneficial and sometimes essential to our career path, avoiding excessive contemplations of precedent century.?

In these series, first we will point out the extent of the damages you might have to compensate, as a result improper analytics, the will dive into the fundamental concepts, probability, inference and application of each to the data world, including generated insights from data. ?
