Introducing the Weekly Leadership Incubator

Over 28 years I have coached thousands of female executives, managers, and entrepreneurs. I’ve helped them to understand their Emotional Intelligence, and that of the people around them. I’ve coached them to draw on their strength, fortitude, and resilience. I’ve been the mentor that helps them fine-tune their ability to speak up and show up in the way they want to, set boundaries, get recognition in the workplace, and truly live their purpose.

During 2020, I’ve heard from clients, colleagues, and industry partners that the balance for executive women is tipping – and not in the right way. A study by LeanIn and McKinsey found that one in four women are thinking of downshifting their careers or leaving the workforce.

Just think about that. Everything women have worked for, and we’ve become so exhausted, frustrated, and unsure that many of us feel there's no other option but to give up.

I get it. I’m a single mom of two. I also know how to help female leaders to ensure the organizations they work with understand their perspective. Now we need not just to speak up: we need to shout.   

Because not even the most well-meaning organizations are telepathic. But all organizations need to equip their female workers with the resources, support, and tools to set boundaries. Reclaim what seems to be slipping away.

It’s a win-win: organizations that retain their female talent in this crisis are the ones that will flourish.
