The United States was built on the philosophical bedrock that all humans are created equal, in which it is our moral duty to support the inalienable rights of all humans to have life, liberty, and the ability to pursue happiness. And while even the author of these words did not fulfill their full virtue, these values are none the less the aspiration necessary to manifest our nation's destiny.

And it is from this solid foundation, VirtualOnshoreUS derives it's mission to offer all humans on this planet the ability to be part of the American dream: to own a U.S. business as a sole proprietor and have their merits and abilities be those that allow them to succeed or fail in the U.S. intellectual marketplace.

We do this by facilitating an entrepreneur from any country to have a complete virtual presence in the United States, by having:

• A U.S. Business with an EIN
• A U.S. ITIN
• A U.S. Bank Account
• A U.S. Physical Postal Address
• A U.S. Phone Number
• A U.S. Computer

With these in place, the international entrepreneur will be able to legally participate in U.S. business opportunities without the stigma of being "foreign" and legally represent themselves as being an American business on sites such as Upwork, etc.

As a startup ourselves, we are in the very starting stages of bringing this product to reality, with alpha testing currently occuring, and beta testing soon to follow, and then a full rollout.

But, to be clear, this will be a limited opportunity. The United States was also built on small businesses who knew their customers, thus we are currently limiting ourselves to less than 500 customers.

Further, we will only accept entrepreneurs as customers who demonstrate a likelihood of success such that they:

• Have sufficient verbal and written English skills
• Are trustworthy in their business dealings
• Will only use the platform for legal purposes
