Introducing Unbossers: Our next audacious goal

The last MMXTC in June was a goodbye, but not a farewell. During?the summer we?closed our activities for mental maintenance.?Now we're?back: rested and ready for our next audacious goal.?

This new moonshot has not been defined by us. The past months, we had tons of coffees and lunches with customers, thought leaders and inspiring people in our network who we?love and admire.

We asked them two simple questions:

Why did we/are we work(ing) together??What specifically is it about us that made/makes you want?to work with us??

We cannot express enough our gratitude for the time, support and loving care that we?received. I personally?rank this process easily in my top-5 of life-altering events.?

Other people?have?put into clear words the value we?have for them (and also dismissed?the value we?thought we?had, but didn't). Don't be fooled. These weren't always the easiest of conversations.?

Luckily for us, many people said the same kind of things.?Everyone had similar views on what we should pursue.?They also highlighted similar weaknesses and things we?should stop doing.?

All these conversations converted into our new moonshot:
