Tony is vital in upholding our commitment to impeccable quality standards, ensuring that every Porsche vehicle that leaves our workshop meets the highest customer expectations.

As the Quality Control Specialist, Tony's daily routine revolves around meticulous attention to detail. He oversees the final phase of the service process, performing comprehensive quality checks on each vehicle before it is returned to the customer. His responsibilities encompass a final road test and a thorough inspection to ensure every detail is checked. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining the high standards that Porsche is known for.

"I've been a part of the Porsche Centre Gold Coast team for over 13 years. It's a place that has enabled me to progress and grow within the company. I started as an apprentice and have gone from there. Every day is a new adventure."

Being part of the team feels less like work and more like hanging out with others with a passion for fast cars.?

“Some days, it doesn’t even feel like work. It’s an easy place to turn up and work; we all get along, and it flows together.”

Tony's affinity for Porsche vehicles goes beyond his role. He appreciates the brand's commitment to quality and reliability, allowing customers to trust their Porsche for everyday driving and exhilarating track experiences.

"Porsche is more than just a luxury vehicle; it's a driver's vehicle. You can get in it, take it to the track and test its true potential."

When asked to define the essence of the Porsche brand, Tony reflects on its rich history in racing.?

"It's fascinating when you learn about where they came from, what they did, who they were involved with, especially the racing side. [Porsche] when they want, can come out and win championships."

Porsche has a remarkable history in motorsport, and it's evident that the brand carries that spirit into its everyday vehicles. The focus on innovation and adaptability to evolving trends keeps Porsche at the forefront of the industry, Tony believes.

'They are as good as it gets."

Tony's favourite Porsche model is the 911 range, particularly the 911 GT2RS, renowned for its impressive speed and performance. He admires the exceptional capabilities of these vehicles as they seamlessly transition from daily driving to high-speed track experiences.

'They are the best, the fastest. I like what they are capable of doing. You can go to the shops and take it to the track all day, thrash it around and still drive it home. It's unbelievable to me how nothing stops it."

Beyond the world of Porsche, Tony relishes everything the Gold Coast has to offer.?

"Living on the Gold Coast is like a holiday destination. So it's got everything you could ever want here."

Off duty, the love of fast wheels still plays a role in his life.?

"Hobbies? The usual — motorbikes!"?
