Introducing TechInnocens: AI Ethics, delivered.

I founded TechInnocens with a clear purpose in mind: to help the leaders of our businesses and public institutions make bold decisions on the ethical use of AI. As acceptance on the need to address ethical considerations reaches critical mass, the question of “how” organisations need to respond needs answers.

TechInnocens provides that response.

With more than 20 years’ experience dealing with seismic changes in organisations, I’ve learned that good intentions need to be matched with practical and achievable actions. So, I understand that to meet society’s expectations on the responsible use of this technology our leaders need the right guidance and assist on delivering change into their organisation, across business operations, technology, governance, strategy and the people themselves. The AI Ethics discipline has enjoyed great success in designing a vision for the future, but has been too quiet on practical steps to achieving these goals.

TechInnocens is here to provide realistic and achievable change to organisations, at pace, allowing innovation to thrive through the responsible use of new technology. It’s not about stifling but allowing you to experiment and innovate with confidence that you’re sticking to the principles your organisation stands by. It’s about uplifting and refitting, staying realistic, adaptable, agile and flexible. It’s about working in the reality of legacy systems, fragmented data, imperfect governance and change fatigued teams, but achieving.

AI Ethics, delivered

Ethical AI is very achievable if you have the right people, tools and experience, but it’s more than a list of principles and tick-lists for the developers.

Having worked with senior leadership at some of the planet’s most dynamic and successful companies I understand that improvement doesn’t come from naming the problems, but in identifying solutions and executing on them. Two decades of helping organisations tackle profound changes to the way they operate and understand themselves has equipped me with a cross-business understanding of what needs doing to embrace AI Ethics whilst delivering a bold technology strategy.

TechInnocens is here to make AI Ethics a reality, assisting you end-to-end in your ambition, from making a case, through understanding the work, planning, delivery and embed. Embracing pragmatism, results and effect over theory, TechInnocens addresses all aspects of an organisational response to AI Ethics; scanning, planning and uplifting:

  • Strategy and company identity in alignment to customer & societal expectations
  • Organisational governance and enterprise architecture, including ethical decision making bodies and authorities
  • Risk, compliance and control implementation including process uplift.
  • Requirements of data and technology, procurement of technology and in-life model risk management.
  • People and Culture shift to enable informed accountability and empowered oversight.

We can kick-start your first steps with a fixed price assessment, help you move from theory to execution by planning and executing the transition, or partner you the whole way. Each step delivered by someone who can span the gap between theory of AI Ethics and the reality of a modern business.

Get in touch, and let’s have the conversation on how simple this can be.
