Introducing the TALENT Team by Scuderia 1918 and BRIDL

As the CEO of Bridl , I am excited to announce a groundbreaking collaboration between Scuderia 1918 and BRIDL that is set to revolutionize the world of equestrian sports. Together, we are launching the Scuderia 1918 Talent Racing Team, an initiative that aims to nurture the future leaders of our sport by identifying and developing young talents who have already showcased their prowess in international competitions.

The TALENTS program is a testament to Scuderia 1918’s vision of creating future champions capable of excelling on the global stage. This comprehensive three-week full-immersion training program is meticulously crafted to provide a holistic education for these young athletes.

The Why

The equestrian world is evolving, and with it, the demands placed on athletes are increasing. It is no longer enough to be skilled in riding alone; modern competitors must also excel in areas such as management, marketing, and finance.

Recognizing this need, we have designed the TALENTS program to bridge the gap between traditional equestrian training and the multifaceted skills required in today's competitive environment. This initiative is not just about creating exceptional riders; it's about developing well-rounded individuals who can lead and innovate within the sport.

Each day, participants will engage in a structured schedule that includes physical training with a personal trainer, equestrian coaching with the esteemed Giorgio Nuti, and afternoon classes covering a wide range of topics such as ethology, horse management, nutrition, marketing, finance, and more.

As Emanuele Anchisi, co-founder of Scuderia 1918, aptly puts it:
