We’re changing the real estate industry… AGAIN. Over the last two years, our team has tirelessly developed a platform for real estate agents that is more advanced and intuitive than anything our industry has ever seen. We’ve empowered our agents to walk away from their screens, hone their daily responsibilities down to only those for which they are uniquely qualified, and offload everything else. We’ve teased this revolutionary new service a few times since we began piloting it in January, but allow me now to formally introduce S.MPLE, which I believe to be the biggest tech innovation for real estate professionals, ever.
What is S.MPLE?
S.MPLE is the best Large Action Model to have ever existed (in our humble opinion) and the first one to ever hit the real estate industry. S.MPLE combines SaaS and human expertise to create what can be imagined as a digital factory assembly line that can take over the administrative tasks of salespeople and teams—ranging from marketing to client follow-ups and transaction coordination. Simply put, S.MPLE frees agents to focus on selling. In just a few months, S.MPLE has already processed over 1,400 requests, saving agents more than 5,000+ hours by allowing them to manage their entire operations using only their voice–and that was just while we were in beta testing.
Picture this: You’ve just finished showing properties and you’re running late to meet a client. As you get in the car, you receive a call. A referral you received is ready to list and they want to meet… TONIGHT. You can make the meeting time, but not with enough time to show up prepared and polished. With S.MPLE, you open the app, and speak a command: “Please enter this new contact into my database and help me prep for a 7:00 pm listing appointment. I need a detailed CMA and listing presentation for their property done the way I like it. Please also include a marketing plan to wow them.” You hit submit.
Behind the scenes, we map your request to determine how to complete your task quickly and flawlessly using your unique preferences. The tasks are completed and a human Advisor runs a QC before submitting the results for your review. Before you know it, your CMA, listing presentation, and marketing plan are delivered to you and require no edits.This is the magic of S.MPLE, and it’s now in the hands of every SERHANT. agent.
Why did we build it?
The role of a real estate agent is ever-expanding, demanding more and more from each practitioner as they adapt to each new layer of technology, each change in consumer behavior, and each new marketing strategy. Meanwhile, have brokerages evolved to serve modern agents and their current demands? I don’t think so. In my experience interviewing with brokerages (before I decided to start my own), all of the top brokerages made me one promise: They would make me better (by forcing me to learn countless new systems and go to training after training). I thought to myself… I’m already at the top of my game. I don’t need a brokerage to make me better, I need to know what they can offer me to make my life easier, to streamline my business, and to help me increase my profits.
Now, as a brokerage owner, I constantly ask myself: “Should SERHANT. exist? And if so, why?” As it turns out, we should, and here’s why: We are ushering in the era of ‘Brokerage 3.0.’? We believe that our agents deserve the most human real estate brokerage in the world, centered obsessively on hospitality, service, and innovation.
In my commitment to the concept of BaaS (Brokerage as a Service), I’ve experimented with countless ideas to make agents’ lives easier. I created Spaces, an app that allows agents to create their own marketing videos for listings with the guidance of SERHANT. Studios built in. I’m the only person at SERHANT. that uses it because agents don’t want to ‘create their own,’ anything. I built a full-on 3D online world for our agents called Univers to make interacting in digital spaces more seamless for our agents. It still exists, but it goes completely unused because no one has the bandwidth to learn and implement another system. Taking ownership of our experiments means learning from our mistakes and failures, and what I learned from these failed projects and from conversations with thousands of agents worldwide, is that all they’re truly looking for is meaningful and tangible support so they can simplify and ultimately amplify their business.
And then–I had a lightbulb moment… What did it take to get to where I am today? I didn’t rise to this level in my career alone. I’ve had dozens if not hundreds of people that have supported me. I’ve had managers, assistants, VAs, teammates, and partners, all of whom took things off my plate and brought their core competencies to the table so I could focus on doing what I do best. To rise to this level of success, it took a small army of resources. A brokerage in my pocket, if you will. Yet, maintaining that level of support is neither simple nor cheap.?
Still, real support is the one thing agents truly need to thrive. So I wondered, how can we just do the work forthem? How can I give every SERHANT. agent the brokerage-in-their-pocket experience? That’s how S.MPLE was born. Today, S.MPLE can perform 17 complex tasks or ‘Recipes’ that used to take agents hours, in a matter of moments. And with every input, S.MPLE gets stronger, smarter, faster, more customized, and more capable of performing innumerable tasks. Real estate just became a whole lot more S.MPLE, only at SERHANT.
