We check any glue boards left for pest detection, bait stations for evidence of feeding (Termites can be monitored this way, too), and pest sighting logs. This makes defending your home significantly more effective. Any property represents a significant investment, and monitoring allows for early detection, which will prevent larger infestations and potentially expensive repairs.
