One of the things I like most about running Sales Confidence is being able to build relationships with other trailblazing businesses. What is Sendoso?
Sendoso helps salespeople start and solidify relationships with their prospects by sending personalised gifts. Can you think of a better way to break down a prospect’s barriers than buying them lunch or a coffee, or even a bottle of bubbly (with a little message)? Sendoso makes it possible, at scale.
Sendoso is based in San Francisco, but is also invested in the UK for the long-term. It has five warehouses (full of goodies!) located around the world - one of them is here in the UK. It means they can service their growing base of UK customers even faster.
As a business, Sendoso is skyrocketing. Earlier this year, it raised $40 million in Series B funding. It is high on G2’s top 10 fastest-growing products list and number one on G2’s Account Execution Software rankings.
What I like about Sendoso is that it recognises that sales is about building connections between people. Gifts are great at smoothing the process – it doesn’t have to be anything too fancy, even an UberEats voucher shows the prospect that you value them and want to get to know them better. Sendoso gives you so many options of what you can send. If you can imagine it, Sendoso can ship it!
Meet Kris their CEO and Co-Founder
Kris Rudeegrap is the Co-Founder and CEO at Sendoso. He started Sendoso in 2016. Before that, he was at Talkdesk.
Kris found that when he would send $5 Starbucks vouchers to his prospects, it was a great icebreaker. It would lead to him cementing terrific relationships and doing more deals. However, Kris was doing everything manually – purchasing the vouchers, emailing them out, following up etc. He wanted a system that would automate the process, enabling salespeople to do it at scale. And with that, Sendoso was born.
