Introducing Rentco's Business Improvement (BI) Department: A Journey of Continuous Growth and Innovation

At Rentco, we acknowledge that no business is ever truly perfect, but we are deeply committed to a continuous improvement journey. As we evolve, we recognise the importance of fostering a culture of progress, innovation, and efficiency across every aspect of our operations.

Supporting this vision is the introduction of our newly established Business Improvement (BI) department, led by a familiar face, Jeff Branch. With an impressive 28 years of experience, spread over two separate tenures, Jeff has been an integral part of Rentco's growth. Most notably, Jeff has served as the National Workshop Manager for the majority of his time here. Given that workshops are the backbone of an asset-heavy business like Rentco, it is no surprise that he is the ideal candidate to lead this new and exciting initiative.

Jeff's journey with Rentco started back when the business had only 32 assets, today, we proudly manage over 4,000 assets. In that time, Jeff has accumulated an unparalleled knowledge of every facet of the business, making him the logical choice to take on the responsibility of driving business improvement across the organisation.

As part of the BI department, Jeff will be supported by a talented team that includes Desmond Brophy , our Information Systems Manager, Tima Ebrahimi , our Telematics Administrator, and Mark Bull, our Systems Information Consultant. Together, this team will focus on driving operational efficiencies, enhancing processes, and ensuring that Rentco remains at the forefront of innovation in the asset rental and leasing space. We have no doubt, in time, this team will grow.
